LOFT HOME TO REAR
  • $170 - $290
  • Exit clean $300 - $400
  • Linen included - sheets, pillow cases, protectors,
    towels, hand towels, bath mats, blankets, tea towels
  • Pet fee $25 per week to max $100
  • Extra cleaning or midstay clean $50/hr
  • Cots / highchairs on request (when available)
 

CONDITIONS

  • Preference given to longer bookings (Average stay 4 wks)
  • Shorter bookings may be accepted as follows...
  • if your dates adjoin another booking or fill a gap
  • if booking is last minute
  •  Best Fit Policy (guest may agree to be allocated another pre-agreed suitable home)
  • Booking not confirmed until 50% deposit paid
  • Balance due 30 days before arrival
  • Arrival after 3pm Departure before 10am
  • No parties allowed
  • No audible noise after 10pm Mon-Thur or 11pm Fri/Sat
  • Pets not allowed in carpeted areas nor on furniture
