Shared areas are just a 3 space carport and laundry, while everything else is set up for exclusive use, including modern oversized kitchens, spacious living areas, and indoor/outdoor dining options.

The deck is perfect for entertaining complete with a BBQ and seating for 8.

The living area is stylishly furnished with a breakfast bar for 3, though you'll likely prefer to dine in the covered outdoor patio, which includes a BBQ. Enjoy exclusive use of the outdoor area - perfect for your pet and fully fenced. The flat comes with a smart TV and Wi-Fi for your entertainment. Split-system air conditioning we are in discussions to install which we aim to cool the entire space for added comfort.

For parking, there’s 1 designated spot in the carport, plus free street parking available.


Calendars are accurate, however it’s always worth asking if your preferred property is available, as some bookings are under our Best Fit Policy. This means guests are willing to move to another home, that may even include moving to another property in our Brisbane network.

Manly (Queensland), hands down betters that of Sydneys Manly. We boast a bayside suburb of Brisbane known for its relaxed, nautical atmosphere and proximity to Moreton Bay.  It's a popular spot for water activities, dining, and shopping, particularly in the Manly Harbour Village area. The suburb offers a mix of residential and recreational spaces, with a marina, waterfront walks, and various shops and cafes. 

Got a boat? Got a kayak? Like to fish? You can do it all and much more! 


PARKING: There is a lock upgarage for each level. Room for a second car offstreet. Free street parking.

DISPOSABLES: We supply a few starter disposables as a complementary service. These are not renewed during your stay.

LINEN: The linen package includes - sheets, pillow slips, bath towels, face washers, hand towels, bathmats, tea towels. If you choose to supply your own..... we will supply you with pillows, pillow/mattress protectors, doonas, blankets at no extra charge.

SERVICING: If you would like to engage our cleaners for linen change or house clean during a longer stay, please ask for a quote. All homes include washing facilities, some basic cleaning products, vacuum, broom, mop, dustpan. Full laundry with front loader washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

PETS: We can't say we are a family friendly business if we dont include your pets. We do have conditions of course, please ask for more information. Sorry, but no pets in season or excessive hair shedders. Not permitted in the carpeted areas nor on furniture. YOU MUST CLEAN UP AFTER THEM!
