A perfect space! This is a wonderful space for a large family. Plenty of elegance - inside and out! Great location, with easy access to all the Brisbane highlights. We lease a house every year for our (large) family holiday - and we all agree that this was the best house we have enjoyed so far! |

My husband booked Lambert House for a family reunion in Brisbane as a 50th birthday surprise for me. Lambert House was the perfect accommodation for us. It was amazingly equipped, maintained and decorated. It had ample room over its three floors for all of us (at the peak, there were 18 in the house). The house is so well-located that we could walk almost everywhere. And wherever we couldn't walk was just a short drive away. Jennifer was an excellent host and very responsive, both before and during our stay. I would without hesitation recommend Lambert House to any large groups who want a city centre base in Brisbane. |

Lambert House is a wonderful venue for larger groups of people. There were eight of us, and we all had plenty of space. It was clean, airy, modern and conveniently located to central Brisbane. While I didn't personally meet Jennifer, she was prompt with attending to special needs, such as the gate code not initially working and a smoke alarm beeping randomly, ensuring that our stay went by smoothly and hassle free! |

Amazing Lambert House!! We rented this beautiful house as our 'home away from home' for the week of our Son's Wedding. We had many international and interstate family and friends attend the Wedding, and Lambert House afforded us the chance to have them visit us in a gorgeous family friendly environment. We will definitely use the house again as a new 'family base' when we next visit Brisbane!! |

Brilliant house. Fantastic entertainment areas and bedrooms, absolutely fully equipped with best quality appliances, crockery etc. We had a dinner party for 16 and had to provide nothing but the food. |

Extravagant in style and space. Centrally located. Stepping into the spacious house is akin to going to a designer showroom - immaculately coordinated and tasteful selection in colours of the furniture to chinaware in the kitchen cabinets. We have enjoyed our stay and wished to spend more time if not for having to rush to catch an early flight. Thank you Jen for having us to stay at your lovely house to end off our holiday with splendour. |
| Unlike most accommodations, Lambert house feels like a real home. Fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances & crockery/cutlery. We are a family of 6 and it was spacious enough for us to spread out and we especially enjoyed sitting on the verandah watching the world go by. We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit Brisbane!

Simply an Oasis. After a difficult and long journey, we arrived tired and humourless but once inside this beautiful home our spirits lifted. We expected the WOW factor, but the real Lambert House cannot be captured with photos. Four of us stayed for the first week just renting the top floor, and when the extended family and friends arrived for the next 5 days we got to enjoy the whole home. On the weekend we had 13 people. There was ample room for all. The teenagers took to the casual lounge on the middle level the smaller children watched cable TV in the upper lounge. There are THREE HUGE flat screen TVs and a couple of smaller ones in bedrooms. There were so many comfortable lounge and outdoor spaces we had trouble deciding where to relax next. The front verandah was our preferred place for morning coffee. With the beautiful tree framing our view of the passing cyclists, runners and students making their way to the nearby college. The evening wines were usually around the pool or on one colder night in the front formal lounge in front of the fireplace. As one of the first guests to have the pleasure to stay here everything was new and beautifully presented. The beds were really comfortable and the linen top standard. We were pleased to have our tech savvy teenagers along when Tim helped set up the inhouse sound system through my son’s iphone. We could have our music or radio throughout the home and each room had individual wall controls. Amazing. A great touch was the auto lighting of the tree in the evening and a lovely water feature came on each night, lit with coloured lights. The master bedroom is bigger than some apartments. Huge with sitting area, ensuite, walk in robe, small deck and we loved the king bed. One of the main reasons we chose this home was to be close to the city. It was a beautiful walk of nearly 10 mins to dockside where we could catch a free ferry to the city, or the must-do City Cat ferry that services a large section of the Brisbane River. A couple of times a few of us chose to walk over the Story Bridge instead. Great restaurants and hotels and importantly a supermarket, were all closeby. We didn’t use the city bicycle option, but next time we will. There is a bike station 2mins from the house. Jennifer was a great host whose obvious love for this house and attention to every detail contributed to the best holiday home stay we have had. We will definitely be back. |

Loved the house, with luxurious brand new furniture, its the ultimate comfortable accommodation to experience in Brisbane. Take some groceries and you wont even feel the need to leave the house at all. |

We rented this property for two weeks to meet up with relatives in Australia after 35 years being apart, and it was great! The home is more beautiful and warm than the pictures shown and it was just perfect for a large group like us (12 people). Jenny is so nice and just so wonderful to deal with, thank you! This house really made our time in Australia so much more enjoyable and we felt like being home away from home having such wonderful time and great memories. Will definitely recommend and hope to come back soon! |

We were fortunate enough to receive an upgrade in one of Jenny's properties and we were extremely comfortable for our stay. A fantastic pet-friendly apartment which allowed our family of 4 plenty of space to relax and work as needed. Everything we needed was provided making it a lovely city-stay whilst we needed to move out of our home for a short period. Thanks very much, we would definitely recommend to friends! I loved my stay here as it’s amongst the buzz of the city. The accommodation was perfect, huge space to relax and the pool was heaven. It has car noise but just close the doors and it blocks it all out. Walkable to the bridge and I walked to the city everyday it was a great experience staying here. And it’s dog friendly with a secure space. Thanks for having us 🙏🏻 Lovely place to stay! It was a perfect place to base ourselves for a week. We particularly enjoyed the modern spacious living room and outdoor living area! Plenty of room in the outside living space for our dog. We really enjoyed staying at this property. Was exactly what we expected for the price. Good value. And and excellent location. Thanks. In a very central location, just a quick walk to a bunch of nice restaurants. The houses vibe was AAA and much better than apartment airbnbs for a similar price. And the private pool is dope. Good wifi also! We stayed for a month and enjoyed the location. We were able to walk to the GABA and saw a couple of cricket matches. The Story Bridge is nearby and there are plenty of restaurants and a really good supermarket nearby. The house is great. Very good value for money, the house is impeccable! Great house to stay at, family members that lived in Brisbane loved the place. I had a dog who loved the house, my kids had loads of fun which was a plus. I would recommend anyone wanting the same freedom? This place is the house for you! Great place to stay - amazing location. The hosts were awesome and went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Recommended. This stay was stylish, spacious and clean. Plenty of room for a big group like ours. The upstairs bedroom area is very well kept and the room layouts are good for families with small children or special needs family member that needs to be watched closely. We did not do any cooking during this stay but the place has two full kitchens that were clean. The location is great with quick access to downtown Brisbane but you still get the calmness a small neighborhood. It is always close to to many parks and bike/walking trails. The SONOS music feature was a nice surprise and always fun for groups! |

Jenny's property was the perfect place for our small family to stay. The house had everything we could possibly need and had a great homely feel. The sleep outs were brilliant for our boys they loved having their own little space but were still close to us. I loved how there were two bathrooms one which included a bath for the kids. There was also a great outdoor area to quietly relax and watch the kids play. Auchenflower is lovely and quiet but you're also still very close to the city and shops. Jenny was fantastic with communication and was so lovely to deal with. We would definitely stay again. |

Jenni, Steve and I stayed at Milton Mews Upper unit at the beginning of the year with our 2 children and loved it. We are now moving back to Melbourne early next year and Steve needs a place for a few weeks as our lease runs out before his contract. Can you please let me know if either Studio apartment is available? |

Lovely unit , quiet and private leafy location. Great value for money, we will be back. Comfortable and convenient. Enjoyable stay. Excellent house, great location, Jennifer the host was fantastic. Very comfortable home, with thoughtful touches. The townhouse has everything you could think of needed from cooking utensils and washing equipment to bathtub and outdoor area. Very conveniently located with local shops and accessibility to highways and Westfield. I had my dog with me and she was very comfortable, lots of local parks too. It truly is a home away from home. We stayed at the Blue apartment for a month as we relocated to Brisbane. We found that it was in an extremely convenience location and comfortable amenities. Would recommend that others stay here. Lovely place! Was perfect for what we needed, our 2 year old loved climbing up and down the side steps and the atmosphere was great. Fantastic location too. Would highly recommend. The place is cozy and perfectly clean and we loved the vibrant colours of linen. Kitchen fully equipped for our needs. Just be aware there are 16 stairs to go up the blue Miltonhouse if you have heavy luggage. Bonus: nice singing birds to enjoy in the patio :) Rosa |

This is a great studio apartment with everything you could need for a short or longer term stay. I stayed here for a week while looking for longer term accommodation in Brisbane. Although there isn't a huge amount in terms of shops in easy walking distance, if you're driving you won't have a problem. The apartment is incredibly close to the city and other nice suburbs, and taxis/Ubers are not too expensive for these short trips. The bed is very comfy, kitchen well equipped, and this apartment helped me ease into my arrival in Australia! |

The unit was so nicely decorated and felt like hotel quality. The space was really effectively used with all the appliances and extras you need and you didn't feel like you were in a studio apartment. The whole process with Jenny was so easy and nothing was trouble. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay. |

Great place to stay, close to so many cool things, and just outside the city. The apartment is perfect for a family or a small group of friends. Very clean and tidy, and with everything you need. The flat is spacious and awesome, everything is tidy and clean with full amenities provided. Internet connections are good. The location is great with easy access to Indooroopilly shopping centre and Toowong village. In overall, I would highly recommend others to pick this place. A lovely place which was quiet and comfortable. Allowed pets which was great and location was great - only 10mins drive to Brisbane city. Every appliance we needed for our month stay. The accommodation was perfect for our needs, exactly as described. Communication with the owner was almost immediate and accessing the property with a key code was very easy. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it easily. Great appartment, very clean and really well equipped, there is everything you need ! Jennifer made it easy to book at the last minute. TW3 paul Colourful, comfortable, restful hacienda with a neat round pool. Close to all conveniences. We didn’t want to leave 😍 Owners communicated professionally and swiftly handled concerns. A great townhouse in a terrific location! Everything was a breeze and would recommend! What an absolute pleasure. The space itself is very comfortable and only a stones throw from centre. But mostly, I was very impressed by the quality of service we received from Jennifer and co during our stay. We felt as though we were taken care of throughout our stay. Will be staying here again if and when we pass through Brisbane. Highly recommend this place, was the perfect place for our stay with 2 dogs, great private yard, space and very comfy inside. Even though we drove around , the shops and bakeries are a 5 min walk, and the train station is only a 3 minute walk. Such a beautiful location. Thank you again. Cheers. A well-designed guest house with a lovely yard. Everything is well-prepared. Would love to visit again. There is a private room and backyard. Although the suitcase is not so easy to pull in, the whole backyard is very quiet and private, and the sunshine is great!It is worth mentioning that it is very convenient for transportation, there is a railway station, and it is very convenient for shopping.Thank you for helping us with the light up the night lights! A very comfortable and homely apartment. Great for our dogs with a fenced outdoor area. Great location, easy to navigate and quiet. Would definitely stay again. I booked for 8 nights on a business trip involving work at Archerfield Airport which is an easy 10 minutes drive. It's a charming private self-contained unit with its own garden located behind a large house. The bed was kingsize and very comfortable. I felt nicely relaxed in the sitting room and in the garden. Car parking is on street, due to the driveway being dedicated to the large house, but it's a very quiet wide residential street with ample parking space. A little difficult to carry bags down narrow sideway which is poorly lighted. The location is charming -a quiet street withing easy walking distance of Sherwood railway station and the village like strip of shops and cafe/restaurants. There is a Woolworths supermarket that is bigger than it looks from the outside. I was initially concerned that there might be noise from the railway but Jennifer assured me before I booked that it would not be an issue and that was true. I strongly recommend. |

Good to be the first group to use this home for our 5 workers here for a three week project. Billy put an extra king single in the main bedroom, so everyone had their own bed. Everything you could need is supplied. We enjoyed having 2 outdoor spaces to spread out - front deck and very large private back yard. Ideal location. |

Had an amazing stay at Billy's stunning cottage in Woolloongabba with my dog, Poppy, who, after four weeks of Airbnb hopping, was on the brink of madness—she was one whisker away from needing a prescription! Finding dog-friendly accommodations in Brisbane is like hunting for unicorns, so when I discovered this gem, I felt like I’d struck gold. The property itself was luxurious, kitchen to die for and loved the spiral staircase. Everything from the plush furnishings to the comfortable bed made me feel like royalty. Not to mention the private, fenced garden where Poppy could unleash her inner lunatic and chase butterflies! The ambience of the place was so soothing that I swear both Poppy and I left with our sanity restored. I’m grateful to the hosts for their dog-friendly policy; it truly made our stay memorable. If you’re looking for a beautiful spot where your furry friend can frolic while you unwind in style, then this place should be top of your list. Highly recommend! |
