Welcome to Windsor House, a versatile and beautifully presented dual-living property nestled on Brisbane’s vibrant north side. Located just 3km from the CBD, this home offers sweeping, uninterrupted views of Brisbane City and a seamless blend of style, space, and privacy - ideal for both short and medium-term stays.
Each level of the home has been carefully set up for independent living with private entrances, separate fenced outdoor areas with BBQ's and laundry facilities. The only shared area is the front of house parking - everything else is set up for exclusive use.
You have the option to rent the upper or lower level separately, or enjoy both together. Please note: the two levels are not internally connected, offering complete privacy.
As with all our homes, this property is pet-friendly, so your furry friends are always welcome!

Calendars are accurate, however it’s always worth asking if your preferred property is available, as some bookings are under our Best Fit Policy. This means guests are willing to move to another home, that may even include moving to another property in our Brisbane network.

PARKING: The property is located off a main road, it is the first house at the base of a small service road that services 4 other homes. There is room for 3-4 cars at the front of the house. Spaces are open air (no undercover parking available). Guests for the house should park to the very left, guests for the flat should park to the right (on the grass)
DISPOSABLES: We supply a few starter disposables as a complementary service. These are not renewed during your stay.
LINEN: The linen package includes - sheets, pillow slips, bath towels, face washers, hand towels, bathmats, tea towels. If you choose to supply your own..... we will supply you with pillows, pillow/mattress protectors, doonas, blankets at no extra charge.
SERVICING: If you would like to engage our cleaners for linen change or house clean during a longer stay, please ask for a quote. All homes include washing facilities, some basic cleaning products, vacuum, broom, mop, dustpan. Full laundry with front loader washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
PETS: We can't say we are a family friendly business if we dont include your pets. We do have conditions of course, please ask for more information. Sorry, but no pets in season or excessive hair shedders. Not permitted in the carpeted areas nor on furniture. YOU MUST CLEAN UP AFTER THEM!
